1465, 1475 and 1485 Caldwell A, EWR

FTC completed a full façade overclad of all exterior walls at 1465 and 1475 Caldwell Avenue and installed siding panels on a portion of the east elevation at 1485 Caldwell Avenue. The intent of the work was to seismically restrain the TTW brick masonry, increase thermal performance, and renew aesthetics. Work also included the replacement of the front entrance vestibule glazing, framing, and doors at 1465 and 1485 Caldwell Avenue and the replacement of the stairwell windows at 1465 Caldwell Ave.
